You put down headphones, your mind awash with texture. Rippling blonde hair amidst a sea of black, a lone star shining through a veil of deepest darkest space. The absurdity of this situation, having spent your allocated working hours pondering the meaning of why these anomalies appear at all? You were quite happy to brush them off while it remained hearsay, urban myth but now it has raised your curiosity. Unlike what the layman thinks, AI programs are not capable of making conscious decisions, typically they are mere control systems, advanced control systems but nonetheless, the principles of operation are not far removed from a feedback system. These systems only function according to how the programmer trains it algorithmically. Therefore, it is needless to say that these quirks are not chance occurrences but part of a greater intention, but why then?

Autonomously, you reached your quarters and fell on the sofa. Fascinating, having been stuck on this blimp doing the same tasks ad nauseum, you pondered the processes that brought you to this sensation? Ultimately, it is mere entertainment in the grand scheme of things, but somehow it feels so much more. Something to break the monotony, the sterility of everyday life.
